Something is broken
Include your Windows version, your screen resolution, the server, and whether the client runs windowed or borderless — those four answers usually locate the fault. Faster still: open a thread in #bug-reports on Discord.

The questions worth answering up front
Is Plus a subscription?
No. Plus is a one-time payment of €4.99 for 1 month or €39.99 for 1 year, and nothing renews: when the time runs out, the app goes back to Free until you buy another key. The year gives you 2 extra free months compared with the monthly plan, the cheaper way to play continuously.
What is the friend pass?
Every month of Plus you buy comes with a second, separate key: 7 days of Plus to give a friend, or to try Plus yourself before you start your month. It runs on its own and cannot be merged into another licence. If you get your money back for the month while the pass is still unused, the pass stops too; one already in use keeps running.
Using it yourself first is fine: if Plus is not for you, you can still get your month refunded in full within 14 days, as long as the 30-day key has never been activated or merged. This is offered once per payment card. The pass is a gift, not a way to keep Plus free: buying and refunding again and again to collect free passes may lead to a permanent block on future purchases.
Is the free tier a trial?
No. Free has no time limit and needs no card. The wiki overlays, tracking the client you are playing, and Fast disconnect are all in it.
Can I get banned for using it?
We cannot promise anything about another company's rules, and we will not pretend otherwise. Gameforge's rules restrict third-party software, so using Mt2Guru is your decision, and the risk to your game account is yours.
Is Mt2Guru safe for my computer?
We work to make sure it is. Mt2Guru contains no malware, and you do not have to take our word for it: we had the current installer, and the app inside it, scanned on VirusTotal, where dozens of antivirus engines check a file, Microsoft's among them. None of them flagged either one. The reports are public: the installer and the app.
If your antivirus ever warns about Mt2Guru, keep it switched on and tell us which one it was and the name it gave the file.
Which servers does it work on?
Official servers only, on every tier. Do not buy a plan expecting private-server support.
Withdraw from a purchase
Changed your mind about a licence? Within 14 days of purchase, you can withdraw a key you have not activated or merged. Paste the key below and the refund is usually issued at once. Section 05 of the Terms explains what is refunded.
