Beta access
Tell us which official server you play on and roughly how many clients you run. Multi-boxers and players on maps without an in-game map are the most useful testers we can get. Private servers are not supported, so we cannot take testers on one.
Something is broken
Screen recognition is the fragile part. Include your Windows version, your screen resolution, the server, and whether the client runs windowed or borderless — those four answers usually locate the fault.
Plans and payments
Questions about the tiers, the weekly and monthly prices, invoices or VAT. Checkout is not live yet, so nothing can have been charged.
Your data
What is collected, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted. If you are named in someone else's bot report and want that dealt with, this is the address.
Partnership and affiliates
The affiliate programme is not open yet. Write anyway and you will be first to hear when it is.
An idea
Especially the ones that need no automation. Anything requiring us to read game memory or play on your behalf is out of scope by design, not by oversight.
