01 The service

These terms describe use of the Mt2Guru Windows application, website and paid licences supplied by the operator of Mt2Guru (“we”, “us”). Contact us at metin2mmo.guru@gmail.com for service or purchase questions.

Mt2Guru brings public game information and companion tools closer to your game session, including maps and item knowledge, local chat translation, timers and client controls. It supports official Metin2 servers only. It does not grant permission to disregard the rules of the game or server you use.

You must be legally able to enter into an agreement to purchase a licence, or have the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian where applicable.

02 Licences and purchases

A licence gives you permission to use the included features for its stated duration. Features, system requirements, price and available licence periods are described on the website and at checkout. Check that the current application meets your needs before buying; planned features are not part of a purchase unless expressly included.

Paid licences are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. The licence period begins on first activation. A licence runs on one PC at a time and can be moved to another. An additional key for the same plan purchased with the same email address can be merged to add its remaining time.

Stripe processes payment. After successful payment, your key is provided on the return page and sent to the checkout email address. Keep the emailed copy: the return-page lookup is available for 24 hours. Contact us with your payment reference if delivery fails; do not send card details or your game password.

Keep your licence key private. You may not sell, publicly distribute or use someone else's key without authorisation, bypass licence validation, or exceed the installation allowance.

03 Responsible use

Use Mt2Guru only on computers and game sessions you are authorised to control. Do not use our services to access another person's data, disrupt infrastructure, introduce malicious code, or infringe another person's rights.

Client and relog controls can interrupt a game connection. Use them deliberately and check your game state first. Maps, item information, translations and reminders can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect; use your judgement before relying on them.

We do not ask for access to your game account or your game-account password. You remain responsible for complying with the game's terms. We cannot promise a particular gameplay result or a decision by a game operator.

04 Problems, cancellation and refunds

If a payment, licence or feature does not work as described, email metin2mmo.guru@gmail.com with the purchase reference and a description of the problem. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include fixing the issue, a price reduction or a refund.

Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase, including a 14-day period where EU law applies. Exceptions for digital content or services depend on the applicable rules, including any required express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement of losing that right. These terms alone do not waive a withdrawal right.

To exercise a withdrawal right, send a clear statement by email identifying your order before the applicable deadline. You do not need special wording or a Discord account. Any deduction for a service already supplied must be permitted by law. If a refund cancels a licence, its paid access will end.

05 Availability and changes

Game updates, Windows changes, maintenance and provider outages can affect compatibility or availability. Some features require internet access or current licence validation. We will address service faults and provide updates where needed to keep the purchased service in conformity with applicable requirements.

Features and future offers may change. A material reduction to an existing paid entitlement does not remove any right to a remedy under applicable law. Future price changes do not change the price already paid for a licence.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, a security threat or a serious breach of these terms. Where possible, we will explain the reason and allow you to respond; contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. You may stop using and uninstall the application at any time.

06 Ownership, privacy and legal rights

Mt2Guru's software, branding and original content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Third-party game content, trademarks and open-source components remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licences. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership.

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling, including anonymous analytics. Our Cookie Policy explains browser storage. Agreeing to these terms is not consent to optional analytics or tracking.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer guarantees, privacy rights or remedies. Applicable law determines responsibility for loss and your access to competent courts and consumer-protection bodies.

We will date revised terms and give notice of material changes through the website or application. Revised terms will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. If you have a complaint, contact us so we can try to resolve it.
